Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Manage and mentor the concierge team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Guest Relations: Provide personalized service, address guest needs, and resolve issues efficiently.
Operations: Oversee daily concierge activities, coordinate with other departments, and manage special requests.
Innovation: Implement service improvements based on industry trends and guest feedback.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus
