Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Guest Services or as a Front Office Manager within a luxury hotel setting.

  • A personable, dynamic professional with the ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.

  • Exceptional skills in managing guest expectations and providing top-tier service to an international clientele.

  • Proficiency in coordinating all front desk activities, including managing calls and guest services.

  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in one or more foreign languages being a significant advantage. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
