Requirements and Skills:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Guest Services or as a Front Office Manager within a luxury hotel setting.
A personable, dynamic professional with the ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
Exceptional skills in managing guest expectations and providing top-tier service to an international clientele.
Proficiency in coordinating all front desk activities, including managing calls and guest services.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in one or more foreign languages being a significant advantage. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
