We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of customer service teams in office buildings, malls, and front desks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end properties or 5-star hotels, with over 10 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of customer service teams across office buildings, malls, and front desks.
Assist the company management in executing strategies, standardizing and enhancing customer service standards, and ensuring effective implementation by the customer service team.
Arrange and optimize team roles, improve overall service awareness through effective process regulations.
Prepare and review various tenant management documents, conduct and manage customer satisfaction surveys.
Maintain and manage customer relationships, establishing a good customer service image.
Handle daily customer complaints, summarize and organize customer issues, and create feasible reports to regularly feedback to relevant departments.
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of relevant work experience, with over 5 years in team leadership and management.
Experience in F&B or customer service management within 5-star hotels or high-end properties is preferred.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Excellent appearance and demeanor, with a strong service awareness.
Bachelor's degree or above.
