We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a Mediterranean-style restaurant located in Shanghai.
The ideal candidate will be an Asian expatriate with a strong background in managing high-end restaurants, preferably with domestic experience. This role does not require kitchen management and offers a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Lead and manage the restaurant team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve operational goals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Report directly to operation head, providing regular updates on restaurant performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Mediterranean-style restaurants is highly desirable.
