We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager for our client, a luxury hotel in Doha.
The ideal candidate will be an Italian speaker with a strong background in managing high-end restaurants. This is an urgent role with an excellent opportunity to be part of a Michelin-star journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Lead and manage the restaurant team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Collaborate with the Italian Chef to create and maintain an exceptional dining menu.
Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve operational goals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Report directly to the F&B Director, providing regular updates on restaurant performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English is required.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management.
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is highly desirable.
