We are seeking a General Manager or Deputy General Manager to oversee internal hospitality operations at a premier facility.
The ideal candidate will have extensive China-based experience and a proven track record in leadership roles at Chinese brand hotels. This position focuses on managing high-level internal hospitality services rather than external business development.
Key Requirements:
European expatriate with fluent Mandarin
At least 10 years of experience living and working in China.
Strong background as a General Manager or Hotel Manager at brand hotels.
Experience as EAM-Rooms or higher for operational roles may also be considered.
Open to Asia expats for certain roles, depending on suitability.
Ability to oversee high-level internal hospitality operations and manage key stakeholder relationships.
