An exciting opportunity exists to join a prestigious luxury brand in Shanghai. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) and driving membership acquisition for an exclusive private membership club. The role focuses on attracting, converting, and retaining members while ensuring a superior service experience, meeting membership and sales targets.
Client Relationship & Sales:
Build and maintain relationships with UHNWI in the CRM database, focusing on acquiring and retaining new members.
Establish connections through networking and outreach, contributing to membership and revenue goals.
Collaborate with the team to create personalized client journeys and engage potential members.
Event Engagement & Lead Generation:
Represent the brand at VIP events, using strong networking skills to generate new leads.
Service Excellence & Member Retention:
Maintain detailed member profiles, ensuring members’ needs are met with personalized service.
Work with the lifestyle concierge team to fulfill member requests and ensure satisfaction.
Promote F&B and Other Services:
Encourage members to visit the private membership club and increase spending on Food & Beverage (F&B) offerings and other premium services.
Collaborate with the F&B and Retail teams to provide tailored product recommendations.
Sales & Financial Performance:
Achieve membership acquisition and retention goals while supporting sales for products and services within the membership club.
Languages:
Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese or French is a plus.
Location: Shanghai
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, including weekend shifts.
