A luxury hospitality client based in Shenzhen is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) to join their team. 

This is an urgent search for a strategic leader who will oversee revenue generation, marketing communications, and team management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and a proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the South China region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing department, including Revenue, Marcom, and other relevant teams.

  • Report directly to the General Manager and contribute to the development and execution of the hotel's overall sales and marketing strategy.

  • Ensure alignment with the overall hotel strategy while focusing on driving revenue, improving market positioning, and strengthening brand presence.

  • Manage and mentor the team, including the Director of Sales and Marketing and Engineering Director.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns to achieve revenue and brand goals.

  • Maintain close communication with key internal stakeholders, including those responsible for Revenue and Marketing Communications, and provide guidance and support to ensure success.

  • Drive performance through continuous monitoring of KPIs and adjustment of strategies as needed.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role in the luxury hospitality sector, ideally with experience in South China.

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.

  • Previous experience managing complex revenue and marketing teams will be highly valued.

  • Experience with hotel rebranding or opening would be an advantage.
