Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced FIT Head to lead a national FIT (Free Independent Traveler) sales team, covering key travel channels such as Tuniu, Qyer, and eLong. This position will manage a team of 10+ staff and play a key role in driving FIT department performance. The role requires balancing communication between the local operations team and headquarters, with a focus on achieving sales goals and optimizing team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the FIT sales team to drive performance in independent traveler channels.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key travel platforms (e.g., Tuniu, Qyer, eLong) to promote and sell company products.

  • Coordinate effectively between local operations and headquarters to ensure alignment on objectives and operational needs.

  • Collaborate with the MICE team and other relevant departments to meet overall sales targets.

  • Monitor and manage FIT team performance to ensure achievement of annual bonus targets.

  • Provide guidance and development opportunities for team members through training and mentorship.

  • Ensure alignment of all sales activities with company strategy and market goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FIT sales or management in the travel industry, with proven experience working with key travel platforms.

  • Background in managing large-scale sales teams, preferably in multinational companies or large travel organizations.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ people.

  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities, with the ability to balance headquarters and on-site needs.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing budgets effectively.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
