Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced FIT Head to lead a national FIT (Free Independent Traveler) sales team, covering key travel channels such as Tuniu, Qyer, and eLong. This position will manage a team of 10+ staff and play a key role in driving FIT department performance. The role requires balancing communication between the local operations team and headquarters, with a focus on achieving sales goals and optimizing team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the FIT sales team to drive performance in independent traveler channels.
Establish and maintain relationships with key travel platforms (e.g., Tuniu, Qyer, eLong) to promote and sell company products.
Coordinate effectively between local operations and headquarters to ensure alignment on objectives and operational needs.
Collaborate with the MICE team and other relevant departments to meet overall sales targets.
Monitor and manage FIT team performance to ensure achievement of annual bonus targets.
Provide guidance and development opportunities for team members through training and mentorship.
Ensure alignment of all sales activities with company strategy and market goals.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FIT sales or management in the travel industry, with proven experience working with key travel platforms.
Background in managing large-scale sales teams, preferably in multinational companies or large travel organizations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ people.
Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities, with the ability to balance headquarters and on-site needs.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing budgets effectively.
Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
