We are hiring a **Head of Public Venue Operations ** to oversee **Public Venue Operations** for a large well know hospitality operator.
The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring smooth operations, managing visitor experiences, and executing programs on CRC Racedays.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Boost Sales and Revenue**:
- Develop retail strategies and business plans.
- Work with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and increase sales.
2. **Ensure Smooth Operations**:
- Oversee F&B vendors, facility cleaning, and maintenance.
- Manage visitor flow and traffic in the **Visitor Experience Center**.
3. **Plan Events**:
- Implement programs for CRC Raceday activities.
4. **Pre-Opening Support**:
- Review architectural layouts and optimize back and front-of-house designs.
- Assist with pre-opening budgets and operational planning.
5. **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and mainland officials.
- Align operations with Hong Kong headquarters.
#### Candidate Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in hospitality operations and retail management.
- Knowledge of facility management and IT hospitality systems (e.g., stock management).
- Background in hotel or theme park operations preferred.
- Fluent in **English**, **Mandarin**, and **Cantonese**.
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary operations.
- Financial expertise with budgeting and KPI management.
