We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Director for a luxury hotel in Guangzhou. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and oversee the F&B operations in one of the most vibrant cities in China.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide strategic leadership and operational management for all food and beverage outlets, ensuring excellence in guest experience and service standards.
Drive revenue growth and profitability across F&B operations, implementing innovative concepts and promotions.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team to achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to enhance the reputation of the hotel’s dining venues, including Michelin-starred or award-winning outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the luxury dining space.
**Key Requirements:**
Extensive experience as an F&B Director or in a similar senior role within luxury hotels.
Proven experience managing Michelin-starred or award-winning restaurants is highly preferred.
In-depth understanding of the China market with at least 3 years of experience working in China.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a multicultural team.
Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is required, and Mandarin is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, P&L, and drive revenue performance.
