This role is responsible for leading brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and communications to enhance brand positioning and market influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand and communication strategies to elevate brand visibility and reputation.
Plan and manage creative marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Leverage digital platforms and social media for brand promotion and audience engagement.
Collaborate with external agencies and partners for PR and media relations.
Lead and mentor the Marcom team, driving high-performance outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years in brand marketing or communications, with proven success in the luxury or premium market.
Strong understanding of the high-end consumer market, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Candidates from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan are preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
