Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative event proposals and designs that align with the organization’s vision.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery of high-quality events.
Build event structures and frameworks to maintain consistency and professionalism.
Focus on delivering premium, high-impact events rather than a high volume.
Requirements:
Exceptional English proficiency is a must.
Experience in client-side marketing or event roles; hotel marketing background may be considered.
Strong conceptual skills with the ability to design and structure events effectively.
A good sense of style and quality, with a focus on premium event standards.
Not hands-on but capable of strategic planning and vendor coordination.
Catering or purely operational event roles are not suitable.
