Our client, A renowned international fine dining establishment located in Shanghai, offering a modern culinary experience that combines high-end European cuisine with global influences is currently looking for Pastry Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pastry operations and exceed business expectations.

  • Develop and coach the pastry team, ensuring high engagement and skill development.

  • Ensure all products meet quality standards in taste, presentation, and consistency.

  • Manage daily production levels and monitor food quality.

  • Oversee stock management, including ordering, storage, and stock rotation.

  • Ensure food safety standards and audit requirements are met.

  • Collaborate with various departments such as kitchens, food safety, and HR.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a Black Pearl or Michelin-starred restaurant.

  • International Michelin restaurant experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership, creativity, and teamwork skills.

  • Excellent communication in English.

  • A food tasting session will be part of the interview process.
