The ideal candidate will be a local individual with a strong background in managing high-end restaurants, preferably with domestic experience.

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Lead and manage the restaurant team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve operational goals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Report directly to chef owner, providing regular updates on restaurant performance.
