A prestigious luxury hospitality group is seeking a strategic VP of Sales & Marketing.
This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for driving marketing strategies, overseeing sales results, and managing the brand's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate sales and marketing functions.
Manage marketing and advertising budgets.
Develop and implement PR strategies and promotional campaigns.
Analyze team effectiveness and develop performance-boosting initiatives.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of sales and marketing activities.
Travel frequently to stay informed on market conditions and build relationships.
Ensure effective reporting and provide training and tools for sales teams.
Set and achieve short- and long-term sales and marketing goals.
Oversee website alignment with corporate standards and develop seasonal promotions.
Direct the creation of press materials, media relations, and communication tools.
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with a strong background in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
Excellent spoken and written skills in Chinese and English.
Proven success in media and community relations.
Creative, responsible, and able to integrate within the team.
