Our client, luxury hotel in Macau is currently looking for Villas Butler.
As a Villas Butler, you will be responsible for attending to the needs and wants of the Villa VIP guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay experience. You will serve as the 24/7 point of contact for the Villa's VIP guests, providing exceptional service and meeting their every need.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized service to Villa VIP guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and professionally.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the Villas.
Assist guests with any special requests or arrangements.
Ensure guests are informed about the amenities and services available.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent professional training.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Experience in a five-star hotel is an advantage.
Must be tall and presentable as this is a highly customer-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
