We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager to lead this new venture and uphold our brand's standards of quality and sophistication.

Job Description:

  • As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cafe's operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability

  • Creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience

  • Recruiting, training, and motivating cafe staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards
    Monitoring food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations

  • Collaborating with the retail team to promote synergy between the cafe and the retail store

  • Managing budgets, expenses, and financial performance to achieve targets and maximize profitability

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards

  • Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of cafe operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards

  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
