Our client, a listed company, is seeking a General Manager of Sales & Marketing for its international resort project, based in Yunnan.
Position Requirements:
Lead the sales and marketing team comprehensively, formulate and execute overall sales strategies to achieve both revenue growth and brand enhancement;
Possess extensive experience in the cultural tourism industry, with a deep understanding of resort operations and the needs of high-end clientele;
Strong industry network, including distribution channels, corporate clients, and cultural tourism institutions, with the ability to rapidly drive market expansion;
Proven experience in managing multiple or complex integrated projects, with the ability to coordinate across various business units and departments to ensure efficient overall resort operations;
Demonstrate outstanding leadership and strategic thinking, capable of driving team performance in complex environments.
