Our client, a leading luxury hotel in Tokyo, is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational departments within the hotel to ensure seamless management and superior guest experience.


Requirements

  • Ideally 10 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel and minimum of 2 years in the same
    position.

  • Preferably already in a position of Hotel Manager or Senior Management (such as an Executive Committee member) within a luxury hotel.

  • Impeccable professional image combined with good ethics and values

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Driven for results

  • Creative, focused and flexible

  • Possess strong leadership attributes

  • Detailed oriented
