Our client, a luxury hotel in Macau is currently looking for Chinese Chef de Cuisine for In room dining service.

Please find below our requirements:

  • Strong Knowledge of Cantonese Cuisine as well as Regional Specialties

  • Has the opportunity and the ability to build his or her team from scratch.

  • Abel to Train, Mentor and Develop Culinary Associates

  • Working experience in a 5 Star hotel or Restaurant having a 5 star quality standard
    English speaking
