We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead the F&B operations at a luxury hotel in Shenzhen.
This role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational expertise, regional experience, and the ability to drive service excellence in a high-volume luxury hospitality environment.
Key Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese and English.
Regional Experience: Prior work experience in the Greater Bay Area.
Operational Expertise: Proven experience in managing large-scale F&B operations.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same position at a luxury hotel.
Team Management: Ability to lead a team of 160+ staff members across various F&B outlets.
Salary Range: depending on experience and qualifications.
