Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet business objectives and timelines.
Maintain the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and sustainability in all designs.
Develop and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence.
**Requirements:**
Extensive design leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Strong project management skills with expertise in concept development and architectural review.
Ability to travel as needed.
