The role will be based at one of two pre-opening hotels in Shanghai, which are set to open in end of 2025. This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands the Shanghai market and has a proven track record in luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations for the two pre-opening hotels in Shanghai
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices in alignment with the luxury hotel group's standards.
Collaborate with leadership teams to support the opening and operations of the hotels.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR teams in each hotel.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development programs.
Lead HR initiatives to support the growth and expansion of the hotel group in the region.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 hotels' HR experience in the Shanghai market.
Previous experience with luxury hotel brands is essential.
Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
Cluster HR management experience is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Ability to handle complex challenges and provide solutions effectively.
