Our client, a leading luxury hospitality group is currently looking for an experienced restaurant GM to oversee their new venues in Macao.
Competencies and Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ F&B management experience which with at least 3 years in food court or multiple outlets within a retail environment
With proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of cuisines (Chinese, Asian, Western and international concepts) and experience in dealing with different reputable branded outlets
Team player with excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities
Secondary school diploma or above; Bachelor degree in hospitality management will be an advantage
Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
