Requirements:
Minimum of 5 year experience in similar capacity and at least 2 years experience as Executive Chef in 5 star hotels
Experience working with a culturally diverse workforce
Proven ability to develop/ improve business
Ability to lead, engage, and motivate team, detect talent and develop talent
