Requirements:
Strong background of Fine Dining Japanese cuisine either in luxury hotels or free-standing restaurant chain;
Proven experience as head of Japanese restaurant, strong no.2 with strategic mindset and good leadership are also welcomed;
A social and outgoing personality with a strong ability to interact with guests;
Proficiency in English;
