Our client, a luxury hotel in Xiamen is currently looking for General Manager.
Requirement
We are looking for GM candidates with at least 5 years of General Manager experience in a luxury hotel with a total revenue size of 200 million.
Preferably with a background in Sales & Marketing (S&M) or Food & Beverage (F&B).
No non-rehire or disciplinary record from previous work history.
Outstanding Operational Performance:
Proven track record of significant achievements in previous General Manager roles at similarly positioned hotels.
Excellent performance in key metrics such as revenue, cost control, and market performance (e.g., STR RGI index).
Candidates should have a background in managing operations of at least 150-200 million in revenue.
Deep understanding of the luxury hotel market, customers, and competitors.
Ability to quickly identify local market competition and trends and adjust strategies to gain more market share and improve performance for the hotel.
Exceptional F&B Management Skills:
Includes but is not limited to developing market-appropriate restaurant strategies and optimizing kitchen teams to improve efficiency. Although the overall F&B scale at the hotel is small, the candidate should effectively manage the all-day dining restaurant, which includes both Chinese cuisine and private dining rooms.
Leadership and Team Management:
Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams, create a positive work environment, and maintain an efficient team structure.
The candidate should be capable of quickly rebuilding and stabilizing the team, fostering a sense of consensus and shared goals, and earning respect and trust from employees.
Adherence to good moral conduct and compliance with regulations.
Active cooperation with the owner's requirements for daily operations, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), etc.
