Our client, a leading Fine dining restaurant group in China is looking for a Chinese Restaurant Manager for their fine dining Cantonese Restaurant in Guangdong.

Responsibility:

  • In charge of operation and people management of a high end Chinese restaurant;


Requirements:

  • Passionate about food, wine, beer and spirits, and above all providing first class hospitality to our guests;

  • Michelin starred restaurant or asian 50 Best Restaurant or related experience;

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a restaurant management role;

  • Solid knowledge of fine dining and service driven environment;

  • Excellent written & verbal English is essential;
