Our client, a top luxury international hotel group is looking for a Director of Food & Beverage for their hotel in Hangzhou.

Responsibility:

  • In charge of the whole F&B operations and Culinary department in the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as head of Food & Beverage department;

  • Solid East China working experience;

  • Top luxury hotel background;

  • Solid in banquet and catering management;

  • Strong in branding and promotion;

  • Fluent English and Mandarin;
