Our client, a leading international resort hotel in Hainan is currently looking for VP of F&B.
Some of the areas that the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all restaurants and bars in the company
- Driving excellence through quality initiatives in food product and customer experiences
- Embracing, Communicating and instilling the F&B’s divisional Vision and Strategies across all properties.
- Leading and driving key initiatives such as F&B Experience Concierge Centre and Reservation/ Call Centre
- Focusing on Customer Service, enhancing all aspects of the customer journey within all F&B areas
- Supporting Directors through all openings within the division
Some addition criteria for the position:
- International Pedigree: A career history of having worked F&B, in international cities
- Deluxe Experiences: A track record in high end restaurants and international hotels
- Michelin: A background working in Michelin establishments and working with Michelin Chefs
- Openings: A background in driving the openings of restaurants
- Diversity: A background in western and Chinese/Asian restaurant concepts
