Our client, a luxury hotel is looking for a Chef de Cuisine for their Italian restaurant, base in Shenzhen.

Main Responsibility of this position: taking care of the Italian restaurant, lead a team of around 30.

We are looking for a candidate

  • who has good experience as head chef in Italian restaurant already;

  • Solid background from luxury hotel;

  • Both local and Italian candidates can be considered

  • Solid experience in China, and currently in China;
